Tech Support Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before signing up for the Tech Support service ("Service"). These Terms govern your relationship with the Course Creators Kit (CCK) as a user ("User" or "you") of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.


While we can provide some very general estimates of the time it will take for various projects or tasks - your business is unique, as is your set of specific circumstances. The complexity of the task can vary widely based on the way you have set up your pages, settings, global styling, tags, files, automations, contacts, members, products, etc. 


Your Tech Support team member will get as much done as they can in the amount of time purchased, but there are no guarantees made for completion of any task within the purchased time.   


Your Tech Support team member will provide an email when complete as well as give a best-guess estimate of any remaining time needed to complete the task, if applicable. Again, this provided time estimate is not binding and the task may require more or less time. 


There are no refunds. We recommend purchasing in the smallest time increment you think would be necessary for the task to be completed based on our provided "project estimates". If you have questions about the length of time a project may take, you can ask our Chat team for their feedback. 


All Tech Support time blocks are available in one-hour increments and one hour is the minimum purchase required. There are no pro-rated refunds if the task takes less than one hour.


Once you purchase a Tech Support time block - you will be brought to a booking page to schedule the Day they will be working on the project. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for SAVING ALL WORK and LOGGING OUT of your Builder account no later than 7am UK on your confirmed day (logging out and shutting down ALL windows/tabs that you or any team member may have open to the Builder/your CCK account). You (or any Admins/Team Members) MAY NOT open your CCK account or Login to the Builder UNTIL YOU HEAR BACK FROM YOUR Tech Support team member and you have been given the all-clear to log back in.  


*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DELETION OF ANY CONTENT, PAGES, CONTACTS, MEMBERS, TAGS, PRODUCTS, FUNNELS, AUTOMATIONS, APPOINTMENTS, STYLING, FONTS, SETTINGS, etc. - ie: ANYTHING. We will work on your task/project ONLY and will not touch any other parts of your site. 


We will NOT re-do any work that you overwrite or delete. 


The work will happen on the DAY that is confirmed. Again - you must remain OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT for the entire day - or until you hear from your team member via email with a report and instructions as applicable. 


Note that if you purchase MORE time than is necessary to complete the task - you must use that additional time for additional tasks with your Tech Support team member within 5 business days. There are NO Refunds. You may not "bank" time, nor "roll-over" time not used for future projects outside of that 5 day window.


Any changes/updates we make to your site are done on your LIVE site and changes will be viewable immediately (if your site is live and published). Before we begin, we will be making a backup copy of your site that will live as an "inactive" site on your account. This can be kept or deleted after the project is complete at your discretion.
