Accelerator Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before signing up for the CCK Accelerator Membership subscription service ("Service"). These Terms govern your relationship with the Course Creators Kit (CCK) as a user ("User" or "you") of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

CCK offers a monthly Accelerator Membership subscription. The Service includes two 60-minute consultancy video sessions with a CCK expert every 30 days for $197 per month.

Responsibility

Your CCK expert consultant will do everything possible in line with our processes to enable you to achieve results and desired outcomes as agreed upon at the start of your sessions. You will supported by some of the best online consultancy experts available but remain ultimately for implementation and changes in your business or website. Your consultant will work with you to identify barriers and solutions and provide proven approaches and advice based on our deep professional and personal experiences and 10+ years in training. You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action taken during your consultancy period. By enrolling on this program, agree to the Terms and this Agreement.

Complimentary Access

New annual CCK subscribers receive complimentary access to the Service. CCK users who renew or extend their annual subscription do not receive complimentary access to the Service in their second or subsequent years. New annual CCK subscribers who joined before 1 January 2024 receive 2 months of complimentary access to the Service. This complimentary access expires after 12 months.  New annual CCK users who joined after 1 January 2024 receive 1 month of complimentary access to the Service. This complimentary access expires after 12 months.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

The user agrees to attend scheduled session calls on time. If the user does not show up for a video call within 5 minutes of the call start time, the call will be cancelled and deemed forfeited. All sessions are scheduled in advance. If, for any reason, the User cannot attend a scheduled session, they are fully responsible for re-arranging their appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the session will be deemed forfeit. The User is responsible for rescheduling via our chat bubble or by using the cancellation link in their session confirmation email and re-booking their next session using the dedicated Accelerator booking link.

Payment and Pricing

Payment for the Accelerator subscription is automatically taken on the same date each month, as per the agreed-upon terms and methods. Payments will repeat monthly, and automatically be taken each month until the User cancels their subscription.

Refunds & Cancellations

Calls or booked sessions can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance by the user. Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of a scheduled session, will not be accepted and the call or session will be forfeited. Please Note: No refunds, credits or transfers are available for no-shows. No refunds or part-refunds are available for completed Accelerator subscription payments. The Service is a subscription service, that can be cancelled by the user at any time during the month by following the cancellation process outlined in this article.

Confidentiality

CCK will treat all information provided by the User as confidential. CCK will not disclose confidential information to third parties, except as required by law or with the User's consent. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Service.

Termination

CCK may terminate or suspend the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms by the User. Upon termination, the User's right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be mediated before any court filings. 

Modifications

CCK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the updated Terms on its website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
