Included in the Tech Support Hours:

• Unlimited requests and changes within the 5-hour timeframe
• This service does not include branding or restyling your website
• Additional hours charged at $45 per hour

TERMS

This service is for a maximum of 5 hours and does not include any 1:1 consultancy calls. If you want additional consultancy calls, please add these separately.

All tech support hours have to be used within a 30-day timeframe and can not roll over. Your project will be assigned on availability. 

When you book a tech support package, we send you a link to book a project kick-off call and also assign you with a project plan that the team will only implement after receiving all of your content and instructions.
